Staff was polite and helpful. Was greeted at door asked if I needed any assistance. Then girl at counter was helpful and very polite as well. Love the atmosphere and products are great too. They had products from 75 percent off fall sale some halloween ones by register and some by the door. Got amazing deals to have for xmas gifts yay!!

I visited the store over the weekend and was the only customer there at the time. I did not receive a greeting and no one ever asked me if I needed help with anything or offered to give me a shopping bag to hold items. I could distinctly hear an employee popping her gum loudly, and when I asked the clerk a questions she gave an abrupt one word response. To say I received terrible customer service is an understatement. Needless to say I will not be returning to this store. The whole experience reminded me of being in school and being excluded by a group of "mean girls."

Let me start by saying I've been using the men's body wash for many years. Let me also say that that might be coming to an end. I had gotten flooded my emails about their "Buy 3, Get 3 Free" sale. My busy schedule finally permitted me to get to the store yesterday. The store was packed with shoppers, so it took a little to get thru the lines. No big deal. When the clerk rang up the sale, I initially thought they failed to give me the special sale pricing. The clerk showed me the screen it was there. I got the special. What i also go was a BB&W rip off. The corporate greed hits again. Jack up the price on the items, then give the customer a discount. The problem is that this sale ended up costing me me more than I'd normally pay. This corporate greed also costs BB&W a customer.

Love all the perfumes and colognes but I didn't like how on black Friday the staff only told certain people that came in about the sale they was having apart from the buy 3 get 3 free deal. That's was not cool at all I didn't find out about it until I was checking out at the register smh. They gotta do better!!!!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Check out is fast and easy.
