Love this place! Always so welcoming and friendly. I go once a week. They also have great sales.

The experience was good, however the new update to the rewards is terrible!! With as much money that people spend at Bath & Bodyworks, you should be able to get accessories on the rewards. Ex: I use to be able to get candle holders or foaming soap holders with my rewards now I can't!! This is awful!! Let your customers get something else besides lotions, soaps or candles!!!

Worst customer service. I received a gift card purchased on 01/03/2024 for a birthday gift. I have the receipt and gift receipt. When I tried to use the card this year at Bath and Body it stated the card did not exist. The lady in the store told me to contact customer service and call the number on the back of the card. I have called the number and talk to customer service who was off no help. Needless to say I have a $50 gift card and was told by customer service their cards do not expire and I can not use it! I was not told they would send me a new card but was accused of lying and trying to get something for free...Very disappointed, so if you purchase gift card from Bath and Body Works just know you may get screwed out of your money!

I went to this location around 11:45am today to stock up on 10.95 3 wick candles. Once inside an employee followed me around the store for pretty much the duration of my visit. If I knew which candle scents I liked I would’ve just left and purchased online. Thats how uncomfortable I felt. I understand the company implements theft deterrent techniques, but if someone wants to steal this isn’t going to stop them. It made me not want to continue with my purchase and future purchases

The staff was wonderful. They assisted us with coupons and Deals and we got the most for our money.
