If I could give more than five stars for this location, I would. I went into the store yesterday (Sunday, November 23rd) with a bunch of coupons and a lot of enthusiasm. My goal was to use my coupons before they expired while getting some new products I loved. Both Erika and Jenaye proactively walked up to me and offered to help (yes, without me asking). They were so patient as I showed them my coupons. They each tried to figure out the best way for me to get as many products as possible while staying within the admissible guidelines of the coupons. In the end, I saved about 60% on my entire order and walked away with a bag full of goodies! The thing I want to emphasize is how kind and patient Erika and Jenaye were. Poor service, stood directly infront of an associate who refused to acknowledge my presence, finish putting back a previous return from a different customer and was going to help another customer but they stopped her to say I was waiting. She then proceeded to finish packing then finally ask how she could help. Won’t be coming back, terrible first experience.

This store offer a fine selection of classic fragrances for Men and Women. Every time we go into this store, we plan on buying one item. Then we see.... MIX & Match 6/$26.00 or 4/$20.00 or Buy 2/ Get 1 Free or Buy 3/ Get 3 Free. And before we leave. We purchase more items from Lotions, Candles, Hand Soap and other items. It’s something about the prices....

Very nice shopping experience! Even through the - Annual sale (I racked up for just $30!!!) The store was super neat, clean; & organized! I was offered help from each of the 4 staff members! Pleased!

It was 11:45 and still not open. A dozen people waiting outside. Called and was told another worker was on her way. They would be open then. She would not open alone unless another employee came in. But if she didn't come she would let people in. I asked what the estimated wait time was and she said "I don't know" Bad management. Just close if understaffed. Don't lie on open times and make people wait.
