Bath & Body Works

I absolutely love bath & body works things to them my house my job and my person always smell amazing LOL I'm always in their stocking up!!

I've honestly never been to a Bath and Body works that closed before 9pm outside of a mall post covid that closed at 8pm due to the mall closing at that time. All the other stores in this area are open, it's 3 days before Christmas and I go to go inside and they were nice when they said they were closed but - to the higher ups - 8pm Christmas week is too early to close especially when all the other stores around are still open. I watched 3 other people try to go in and get turned away. You lost at least a $200 sale as I usually get a lot for Christmas presents. 🤷‍♀️

Everything was fully stocked and organized. The staff are super sweet! One lady at the counter was very patient with me trying to figure out my rewards app and she was very helpful too.

Melisa and Lisa were amazing. It was rather busy but both lady's were so kind and the store was set up so nice. Definitely convinced me to go with one of the sales so not only friendly but both good at their jobs.they also both worked together and showed amazing team work.
