I had an absolutely awful experience. I found a beautiful patriotic candle, pedestal holder on clearance for 75% off. There was only one and there was no price on it. The worker at the register got a manager to come help, snapped at me and would not sell it. Did not look up a price or anything. Didn’t even try to find a similar one and just take 75% off of that. She was not only rude to me, but she was a rude to her coworker. Her name was Stacey. Due to this experience, I will not be back.

The workers were not at all interested in being helpful or even acknowledging my presence. It was clear that I needed help but no one offered. When I asked, it was met with apathy and sending me in the direction as opposed to being friendly and showing me. Horrible customer respect, horrific customer service. I will never return there. Horrible experience. And it's the holiday season. They weren't even really busy. Just disinterested.

Stacy is an amazing manager, not only did she answer the phone when I called but went above and beyond by checking on product availability and setting it aside for me. The app would not let me. When I arrived she was on the register. She wrapped my purchase with care and was so pleasant and professional. A manager that I would be happy to work for.

I visited the store to pick up an online order. The sales associate was so friendly and the pickup process was quick and seamless.

Every product that I have tried from Bath and Body works has been amazing and true to the guarantee they provide! I am addicted to their amazing functional, perfumed and super moisturizing sanitizer that comes in sooo many choices at such low prices! Their Japanese cherry blossom body mist is something my hubby and I can't do without! Their Aromatherapy range is awesome especially the Eucalyptus one. The body lotion with Eucalyptus essential oil can put an insomniac to a restful sleep! The new sea-tox collection that has arrived this summer is mind blowing as well. Their " at the BEACH" sand and sea scrub salt scrub is the stuff magic is made of! I have never ever experienced a scrub as good as this.
