Gotta love my Bath & Body works! The selection is impressive and the staff are always there to help. The semi annual sales are my favorite and I always find a new scent to stock up on. The store is clean, staff are helpful, and it is a must when your in the Rockaway Mall.

I have never experienced such rudeness and disrespect from any other bath and body works store, except for this location. They age discriminate here and are very rude to younger customers. I was here earlier today with my boyfriend and no one said hello to us or welcomed us, once we were in the store. But, everyone else was greeted a big and nice hello, which all of these customers were either older or families. So why did I not get greeted in? They are jealous of young people here and discriminate against them. I was smelling one of the new fragrances and out of no where this employee who was a heavy set woman, comes up to me and my boyfriend and starts yelling at us. I had a paper in my hand to spray the perfume on, as I was going to spray another layer on my paper, this woman yells at m

They didn’t have too much clearance left but the display was still nice and neat. Nice tidy store. The older woman employee was very friendly. Some other staff were being a bit loud and chatty off to the side. Overall good store.
