Angela was such a pleasure at the register she helped me with gifts for all of my employees at my office. This is an example of an employee who goes above and beyond. Had to let Samantha know that this is a reflection of her management. Great job.

I placed an order for pickup at this store and I live in Grand Rapids. I called to cancel the order as I couldn’t make the trip to pick the goodies up. Store manager Tracy went above and beyond! She took my phone number down, figured out a way to ship the order (free of cost to me) and sent me tracking information so I could keep an eye on it. The box arrived today packed beautifully with a handwritten Thank you note and pen!! Next time I’ll make the trip just for Tracy!!

The associated at the cashier name Diego C is very rude maybe because i'm not a latino. I was waiting in line then when my time came to check out he just left and go to put some candle in a shelf and keeps looking at me smiling. After a few minutes another cashier saw that and finally helped me. If you're not Hispanic I don't recommend going to this place

i love coming to this bath and body works because the attention and help from monica is always amazing !!! she’s super helpful and always knows how to help me out and it’s always such a pleasure seeing her enjoy doing what she does !!!

In this store they have very good salespeople, they explain the product offers very well.
