Every time I visit the Bath & Body Works at Southcenter Mall, I have a great experience—largely thanks to Jasmyn. She always takes the time to show me around, recommend new products, and help me find exactly what I’m looking for. The store is consistently well stocked, colorful, and smells amazing. I really appreciate that they have testers available so I can try scents on my hands before buying. They also offer wonderful deals!! I keep coming back not just for the products, but because Jasmyn is so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I love putting in an online order and picking it up at the store. It’s so convenient. Highly recommend this location!

I love shopping at Bath & Body Works! I think the current displays and scents are so beautiful in the store. It's really hard to choose when all the scents are so good! Other times I've shopping it was very disappointing! I do have to say that you need sturdier bags! I bought 10 hand soaps, 2 large candles and 2 small candles. I walked 5 steps out the door and my bag broke! Your paper bags are horrible!

Jasmine up in the first room was so helpful, continuously checked on me, offered a basket even remembered me from when I had came in earlier. Thanks Jasmine continue to offer exceptional customer service!

To all Muslims hijab ladies experienced shocking behavior from this store I attempted to return one body butter that caused irritation (valid under policy). An employee was immediately and intensely hostile. She was incredibly rude to my children and refused the return outright, stating, "We’re not going to take this." Crucially, I was purchasing six other items simultaneously. I explained that we were hard-working customers relying on the policy, but she continued her aggressive refusal. The interaction culminated in her telling me to** Don’t shop from us** “Get out of here.” This refusal of policy, combined with her extreme verbal abuse and hostility toward a customer wearing a headscarf, strongly suggests her actions were motivated by personal prejudice. The ladies working at this location went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. Brittnee and Neva showed me all of the new products in the store and helped me pick out a new body spray and a new lotion. I was having a hard time deciding on what to get and they were so helpful and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They had amazing customer service and I hope they know how much their customers appreciate them. I would also like to give a shout out to the lady working at the register named Kateland she also has amazing customer service. I love her bubbly and positive personality she’s so sweet!
