Was pretty disappointed today. I was told there was a sale, by someone who shopped here, buy 3, get 3. I go in, I'm in the middle of shopping when an associate comes over to see jf I needed anything. I ask if a specific section was the same as the other, 3 for 3? She said it was buy 3 get 1. I told her that's what someone told me, we both look where I was originally looking, and the sign said 3 and 3, on the other shelf it said 3 and 1. She walked over to the manager, talks to her, then the manager comes over and tells me, oh, someone turned it around. (My thought......Why is it even on the frame to begin with?) Most places honor their mistakes......she didn't.......needless to say, I walked out. She didn't even apologize. Won't see a dime of my money, EVER! I would have been happy with

I JUST had left a good review and Tiffany changed that. I hope all the great workers there find something better. They don't deserve the stress.

I'm literally obsessed with Bath & Body Works, went last year and purchased so many items. I still have items, I've yet to open from my last purchase. I went about a week ago when there was another sale. It was fairy busy, not as many employees as last year I believe. Usually when I walk in I'm automatically greeted. This time I had to hunt down where the black bags were. But i understand because it is the most busy this time of year. Overall Great place to purchase quality items. Gifts for everyone & yourself included🎄 I can't wait until the next major sale.

Absolutely love this place!! Great prices and amazing smells for soaps, candles, and lotions! Right now they have the fall scents and I'm in love with the pumpkin marshmallow latte! Can't wait for Christmas smells to come in on October 31st! Every time I come here the staff is happy and cheerful! Never have a problem wether I'm looking for something familiar or something new! Also a lot of their old classic scents are available on their website.
