Very clean and organized bath & body works store!! Easy and open parking as well!! Store employees were very helpful.
Employees are super helpful and explain everything so greatly. Cathy was such a great help in making me understand things about coupons and deals!
I came in looking for an old favorite of mine (Merry Marshmallow Kiss) and was helped tremendously by Raylena, who found me one very similar. (Strawberry Snowflakes) She was very helpful!
Their employees were rude and pushy. I already had what I wanted in my hand but they had to try to make another sale I guess? When they became pushy with me I just put down my things (that I was 100 percent going to buy because I had a coupon) and I walked out. I'm pretty sure they don't get paid on commission so there's no reason to push products at me and make me feel pressured. When I asked not to be helped that seem to bother them too? I pretty much had what I wanted but it's ok. I put it back. Maybe I'll try a different location because I usually love BB&W but this one is NOT IT. I hope their customer service improves soon. I hate to have this idea when I think of them.
I was happy that there were safety protocols were put in place. If you can wait in line and have the patience, then you should try your luck at finding your fave fragrance. I'm kinda disappointed they don't have awesome coupons anymore. It was my incentive to shop more. 😂🤣
