The older woman with the long hair extensions (didn’t have a name tag) is incredibly rude. Wouldn’t allow me to exchanged unused products that were gifted to me for different scents for an even exchange even though I was able to do it a few months ago at this same location, apparently the “rules” depends on whose working. I worked at and managed a bath and body works for many years and it has always been a rule you can even exchange un used merchandise. Zero customer service skills or professionalism.
