Smaller store. Has a White Barn next door. Has a little bit of a different selection.

Staff were super attentive, polite, and helpful. They have a great selection of lotions, bath accessories, sprays, candles, melts, hand sanitizer, and a ton of other things. Definitely a place to go if you want to get some nice handsoap or lotion, or make your house smell better. They also have a clearance section that has 50-75% off.

Employees are SO rude and unprofessional. The cashier refused to greet me or acknowledge even after several attempts to address her. They were too busy cussing behind the cash register. She truly made me feel like checking me out was a hassle. Not to mention the floor assistant yelling and causing a commotion at the store because a friend came to visit… Truly horrible customer service.

I got up the semi annual sale and it's a MUST. I got 2 gift cards for Christmas so it went a long way. The store is spacious and filled with various product so really take your time

I recently visited the Bath & Body Works location at Southpoint Mall to pick up an online order that I had received a notification for on December 16, 2024, stating it was ready for pickup. I placed the order on December 15, 2024, and went to the store on December 19, 2024, to retrieve it. When I arrived, I provided my order number and was asked to stand off to the side while another associate assisted me. As I waited, I observed that the associate had to look up my order, and it was not already prepared with the other online orders on the pickup cart. I continued to wait for nearly 20 minutes, only to realize that the associate was actively fulfilling my order during this time.
