I’m a frequent flyer at this location. The manager Sierra, employee Lisa, and everyone else is super sweet. They’re honest about their inventory if something isn’t going to return or if online ordering isn't accurate. They also make returns and exchanges a breeze. The store is always organized and clean as well. I’ve been to other locations in our area, and Puyallup takes the prize every time. Keep up the good work ladies and gents!

Went with the family for my wife's birthday so she could get some gifts for herself. The store is pretty nice, but the staff was not super friendly. 8 people were working and none of them asked if we needed anything and seemed to actively avoid making contact. Who knows, maybe I was creeping them out taking pictures of the store for this review.... haha!

Ellie is amazing looked for vanilla come out only at Xmas Ellie showed me some went w musk vanilla scent her customer service is so good she need full time employment she will make store sales sore thank you Miss E

I always leave here smelling good! Love that you can try stuff. Not super organized, but staff is very friendly and helpful.
