I took pictures of the candles that I liked the smell of. Of course, I didn't get to try them all. The new store is magnificent. I loved the beautiful displays with all their colors. The lighting was perfect to reflect and showcase their products. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a pocket hand sanitizer holder that was defective. They replaced it with no questions asked.

I love b&bw. Especially during sale season. Makes great gifts at cheaper prices. I order online to pick up in store so I skip the entire line of waiting.
No customer service. No greeting from an associate. No customer service, acknowledgement or anything as I walked throughout the store. Associate on the floor eating food also. Did not spend my money there!!
Bath and Body works is always a fav of mine. I'm a huge fan of the daily deals. I found exactly what I was looking for. Staff are always helpful.
