Stephanie at the Exton location went above and beyond to help me with an order I placed for pick up in another state as the website had a discrepancy with in stock items at the Exton location. The items said in stock, but would not let me order them. I decided to stop in before the long trip to pick up my order in DE. They did have the items in stock, but they were not on the floor yet. Stephanie was so patient, kind and helpful. She was able to fulfill my order, and honored the coupons that I used for my pick up order in DE, and even called the DE location to cancel the order for me. Amazing service! She saved me hours of driving! Thank you Stephanie!

I went in today looking for a candle for a friend’s birthday, and ended up looking at the body sprays as well. I wasn’t seriously considering them, but I wanted to test some out to see if I liked any. An employee (I think her name was Jessica) came over to help me (she saw me blankly staring at all the options looking a bit overwhelmed lol) and was able to quickly find a spray that I really like! She asked a few questions and got my opinion on some sprays before directing me to some more I could try on my own, and I ended up purchasing the Bourbon one along with my candle! I signed up for the rewards program and got a great coupon which she added for me as well. Always a great experience at the Bath & Body Works in Exton. Every time I go with my girlfriend, we’re greeted right away and told about the current deals, which is super helpful. The staff is friendly and always points us in the right direction. They have a huge variety of products — I’m especially a fan of their candles. Checkout is always quick and hassle-free. Great store all around!
