Bath & Body Works

I did a mobile pickup order and they gave me a USED lipgloss. One of their tester lip gloss bottles! It has a giant sticker saying “try me” and it was covered in lip gloss. It’s absolutely disgusting. It was supposed to go to my little sister but instead it’s in the trash.

Hands down the best bath and body works in the area! Store is always stocked with everything I want, employees are super friendly and the store is very clean.

Went for great sale. They had plenty left. Very clean. Friendly staff. I love they have bath and body and white barn connected so you get more candle choices and they have more of them. They have Christmas candles and soaps out now! They smell amazing!

I went at a quiet time. Ashley took care of my faulty spray with no trouble at all

Stopped in real quick for a couple of gift cards and the check out line was so long that I decided I would come back to try another time and a worker, Nita, saw me and helped me immediately! She said there was another line that had just opened on the other side. She escorted me over and as I was waiting she reappeared with the gift card design choices for me to have ready! I know holiday crowds can be rough to deal with but you guys always are so helpful and the best attitude! Keep it up as it brightens our day to encounter!
