Also in regards to my client (as you were not my boss, just a landlord - know your role), the original service only took 3 hours, which is still within standard industry timing for a hybrid set, which is what she actually got even though she asked for classics but really wanted volumes, she cut the lashes and ruined them and popped some off by doing so, so I offered to fill them in (for free of course) - which she chose to do right then instead of in the morning after, which I also offered that she can come in at whatever time that works for her and I would prioritize her. Also she never once said they all fell off - get your facts straight. I have messages from her stating that 4 fell off that night which I apologized

I walked in and luckily there was a no show so she was able to fit me in. She was so friendly and funny I felt very welcome. My hair looks beautiful, she did exactly what I asked and did an amazing job. Her products smell amazing and my hair is so soft. The prices are very reasonable with lots of services available I'll be back forsure!

Went to get highlight and toner, i asked if she wanted to do a test strand and assured me she knows exactly what shes doing. I had natural roots about 4 inches, beautiful brown and She used 10 developer with her toner which resulted in my hair turning brown with brassy red tones that were clearly visible my partner thought I went for a ginger tone, as another salon advised me it had lifted my natural hair color. Within this i had bands of highlight that were untoned untill she went a second round of toner, she was going to just leave it untill i asked for another round of toner. bridgett used toothed razor when i asked for my ends to be whispy they ended up jagged uneven with one side uneven from the other looked chopped and not professionally done. and when i raised any concerns i was me

Great customer service friendly staff, great cut, however would not recommend getting colour done, I asked for a chocolate brown with a few blonde highlights throughout showed a picture and everything. When I left I had very chunky highlights to the point my hair was almost all blonde. There was also a lot of streakiness throughout my hair as well.
