BB Foot Reflexology and Body Massage

I bought a foot massage from Groupon for this place it has been 20 minutes of nothing but a run around. I was so excited to get this massage. Now I am out 26.33. The employee had me redeem the coupon. I did not get the service. They are unable to scan the bar code. She asked me to pull up the email that said I paid. So I left the screen I was on, that said I paid and redeemed the coupon. It was just a nightmare. I do not normally write reviews regardless of the circumstances but this was really over the top. 0 stars

You have to try this place!! I called in and got an appt for both foot and body massage within the hour. She got all the knots and did an Amazing Job! I also enjoyed the hot stones!! I will definitely be back and have no complaints!!!

Booked an appointment online, showed up for my appointment on time, walked in, and was told they did not have an appointment in their clinic appointment book. Very disappointed in the customer service I received. The lady behind the desk was not rude, quite pleasant actually. She appeared a bit frustrated that whoever took care of the online service for her did not communicate the appointments. Very disappointing! Will not be back to Market Street. Mental note: Don't book online - call!
