BB Nails & Spa Salon

So happy I found BBNails! The salon has a cozy vibe and everything you need for beautiful fingers and toes. The girls work hard to accommodate customers and it’s always busy when I go. I have never felt rushed or disrespected, in fact my experiences have always been comfortable and really positive. I have had three dip manicures and a pedicure with Fanny and I can’t say enough about the quality and durability of my nails each time! I was a regular at another local salon but was finding that my dip would crack within a week of being done. I am rough on my hands, my job requires a lot of washing and sanitizing. Idk what Brenda talking about my toes as u see have been done for two weeks and everything is good till today my nails recently done nicely and everything that I asked to be changed or fixed they did with no problem. I am not white. They are not racist and whoever says otherwise is bullshitting. They provide very good service. They’re always flexible with their time and if you messed up a nail because you don’t know how to walk they’ll fix it sometimes free of charge even so this is my honest review that they are very good. Come see for yourself. Don’t read everything you see online.

Very nice people but I am disappointed with the outcome of my pedicure and manicure. My toenails are not even straight and after telling nail tech that my toes were not straight she didn’t fix it I’m not sure she was even listening. My nail design looks unprofessional. I was told she couldnt do the design and she was going to have someone who’s good at designs do it and I felt like she rushed because they had other clients waiting. And it makes no sense to me because my friend got her nails done by Erica and it looks like a $300 set, designs and all on the nail, underneath the nail intricate designs. Overcharged for regular polish as well on both mani and pedi. Definitely won’t be going back unfortunately.

Service was nice but they rushed my toes overly priced them when the corners weren’t fully painted and even had lots of nail polish around my nails. Some even chipped a bit when I walked out
