I have enjoyed going to this salon since 2023 and not only was I blown away by the cleaniness but also professionalism! They care about their clients. My stylist has been Roo and she does a phemomenal job transforming my natural hair to looks that are trendy, clean and fitting for my face. My hair feels healthier. I trusted her with my hair coloring, braids, and natural styles. Ms. Jonnie and Roo have been wonderful to me and the atmosphere is warm and friendly with eye catching jewelry and useful hair care products. I recommend their service.

Wonderful customer service. Jonnie helped me set up my appointment and it was very easy. I got my hair dyed magenta by Rue and it is excellent, she also showed me how to use the moisturizer after bleaching my hair and I haven’t experienced any breakage. I will definitely be back.

If i could give no stars I would she gave me a keratin treatment and didn’t tell me. I had an allergic reaction to said treatment and then she proceeded to lie about the treatment, my hair then started to break off and leave patches in the back of my head this was not a good experience at all. It just felt like she didn’t care at all.

Came here for starter locs, the lady that the owner had come in to do them was very nice, i have no complaints and she was beyond sweet. The owner on the other hand was professional up until the end. I was wildly overcharged and then she called and requested more money for the sizing when it should've been less because I actually went bigger then the agreed upon size. I wish I had the experience everyone else had but she definitely took advantage of the covid situation sense this was in April 2021. I also took them down and restarted them on my own. Worst experience I've ever had with someone that owns a business. Said she recently had moved her business up from California. This was the most adventurous and fun hair cut I’ve ever had. I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and let Jonnie experiment with it a little bit and we had a lot of fun figuring it out and she was very engaged and clarified at several points what I wanted and tried different things to get it to look like exactly what I had imagined. She is really skilled and experienced and I would highly recommend her.
