Beach Bum Tanning

Been coming here for about 2 weeks or so now. Bought a beach pass package. The first girl I bought the package with was super friendly, sweet and knowledgeable. Recently been coming later in the day and the few girls I have seen at the front desk are not so nice, a bit rude, not welcoming, and a bit unprofessional to be the ones welcoming customers in. I myself have previously worked at a tanning salon for 6 years and know how the industry works and I wouldn’t want that type of attitude to be the first thing you walk into. You at the front desk are either what’s going to make or break the business. No one wants to walk into someone just standing there and to what seems to be no customer service experience at all because it shows.

I had a great experience! I went for here for the first time yesterday and the girls at the front desk were very friendly. Ava who did my spray tan was very kind and helpful. I will definitely be back again! :)

I love it at beach bum it is so clean and sanitary. All the girls are so nice. It smells great my tan looks amazing. The machines are so clean. I absolutely love how they run it. It was very organized and I will definitely be going back one of my best hearing experiences, i had!!! also, their pricing is very reasonable, especially all the stuff they provide you with in the room. Great experience at beach bum.

The staff is SO friendly and welcoming!!! Went for my third spray with them and once again they nailed exactly what look I was going for. Beyond helpful during my first time and answered all of my questions! I was helped by Cassandra my first time and Megan, they were wonderful!

Everyone here is so nice and attentive, and the facility is always so clean! About a year ago, I purchased a package and then days later was put on a medication that made me unable to tan. Management promised me that they would put the package on hold until I was able to return. A year later, I walked in to tan and the girl at the front desk, Danielle, told me that they accidentally forgot to hold the package. She made a note for manager Megan to call me the next day and told me she wouldn’t let me leave without tanning as I hoped to do. It was so kind of her to ensure I didn’t leave without getting a session in. The next morning, Megan called me and had returned my sessions to me without an issue and apologized for the oversight/system error. Stuff happens, but it’s the resolution that’s
