I’ve only been here once so far and I already decided I’m gonna be a regular. The prices here are just too hard to beat, they’re so affordable and reasonable compared to most other places that it almost seems too good to be true, and it’s just as quality of a job. As soon as I walked in I just got a good vibe- the walls are painted this nice teal color, like the color of a tropical ocean- it’s really decorated like a place that is named “Beach Ready” and it just puts you at ease. Although, it’s kind of hidden in that strip mall, I drove past it my first time, but once you find it you’re good to go. Yesterday I had booked a last minute appointment to get my eyebrows done. I requested to see Kayla, but was given another girl to do my eyebrows (I don’t remember her name). This was my second time coming here so I figured I would come back! This time around my experience was not the best… the girl doing my eyebrows was nice , but I don’t think she understood what I wanted. I asked her to shape my eyebrows which she had done, but I wanted the one side of the eyebrows to be thinner… but I think she misunderstood me because she went on the end piece and basically took a chunk out of my eyebrow..I was so upset when looking at my eyebrows but did not want to say anything because I did not want to make things more awkward. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and I absolutely love this place!! They make you feel welcome and like you are part of the family. Kayla is Marvelous!! and the new lady Jessica, ROCKS!! For being a new employee, Jessica shared her many years of knowledge with me and made me feel very comfortable. If you need a waxing place with amazing prices, and a fabulous staff look no further. 5 stars ladies!!!
