Great experience. I got a pretty big haircut and Kathleen did such a nice job with it. My blow dry looked great. The group is genuinely nice and approachable so while it feels like a luxurious experience, it is not intimidating at all like some salons in the city. I’ve tried a few salons since moving to Boston but I can say that I’ve found my salon now!

David is amazing. I got a cut and color and it’s the best hair service I’ve had in Boston. Great atmosphere in the salon, highly recommend.

Everyone at Beacon Hill Hair is warm, welcoming, and genuinely accomodating. It's truly the best salon experience I've ever had-- and I've moved a lot, trying many different salons over the years. David is nothing short of magical. When I said "I love my hair," I meant it. I left feeling not only confident in how I looked, but also deeply cared for. David is an intuitive stylist, with a gift for understanding both hair and people. He doesn't just style-- he listens, collaborates, and creates in a way that feels personal and empowering. As someone who can easily feel overstimulated or even anxious in salon environments, I was amazed by how comfortable and energized I felt during and after my appointment. I can't wait to return!

David has been my hair stylist for the last three years and if he told me that he was moving to Maine tomorrow, then I’d be planning all my future appointments around driving to Maine. He is that talented. I dread even writing this review because I feel like he’s the best kept secret in Boston. All to say: Beacon Hill Hair is amazing, David is exceptional, and I have never left his chair feeling like my hair was anything less than perfection.

David is the absolute best, both hair stylist and person! He has been styling my hair for 2 years and I couldn’t recommend him enough. I always leave the salon with a perfect haircut and bouncy blowout. He surpasses my expectations every time. On top of that he is a delight and has the warmest energy. It is always a treat to sit in his chair and chat while he works his magic.
