My experience has gotten worse and worse every time I go there. Very unprofessional. Are they even licensed professionals. Yes, they are good for a wash and set, anything else please don’t do that to your hair. The owner knows her stuff and maybe one other lady knows something, but the owners daughter is rude and very pushy. Knows nothing (maybe only English) she translates for her mom. Runs to handle the hair of customers, but is not qualified to do so. Please beware. Will cause some serious damage to your hair. I felt like suing them for damaging my hair. Everyone needs training.

Went in for a wash and blow dry/trim for natural 4c hair. Staff were attentive and friendly. Unlike many other Dominican salons, they touted themselves on not adding relaxers in their conditioners, and I appreciated that because I have natural 4c hair that I didn’t want chemically changed/damaged. Nonetheless they allowed me to uses my own deep conditioners which I also appreciated. The price was affordable, staff were attentive and even taught me how to enhance my hair care routine at home, and the atmosphere was generally welcoming. Heads up that although they accept credit card, it’s better to pay with cash bc credit card fee was $3 (which was equivalent to the surrounding debit card ATM fee around that area).

I am truly devastated to hear about the recent fire. This was a great salon very friendly environment. The owner takes pride in her work and takes time to make sure her clients are satisfied. My prayers go out to the owners and their daughter. I hope you will be able to rebuild soon. Best of luck.

I came here on a walk in. The service was more than excellent. Everyone is nice and really friendly. The prices are beyond reasonable! I would recommend my neighbors and friends to come here for service. Oh and Paula did my hair and she is a fantastic hairdresser!
