Beautacious Nail Salon

Officially done with this place. The other day the "technician" literally took a chunk of my skin doing my eyebrows and didn't even say nothing, I noticed when I got home and looked at myself in the mirror. I also noticed how bad the job was done. Today I went for a pedicure and the "technician " couldn't even paint my nails right, one of my nail was painted missing almost half while the rest went past to the skin.

Horrible customer service. Me and my sister got our nails done and they didn’t even last not even 2 weeks. They refused to give us our money back saying that it was on us for not showing up or calling when it happened. Mind you we came September 18th and today marks the two weeks. My sisters acrylic nails split right down the middle and we had photos with dates from when it happened. We didn’t show up automatically because we have jobs that take up most of our day and we are also full time students. If you can’t perform a service don’t tell us you can.

This place has horrible customer service. First before I got the service I confirmed the design I wanted and they said they COULD do it. Turns out wasted both my MONEY and TIME. My acrylics did not last not TWO weeks!! When I went in person they declined giving me a refund! 1000000% would not recommend! Save your TIME!

Ann is THE best, I’ve been twice now and I LOVE my nails. The first time I went I told her exactly what I wanted , and she did just that. my nails lasted for weeks. I broke one of my nails (days before my next appointment) and instead of cutting my nails short, she added a nail extension so they all matched. (I get dip ) This place is elite and I love it ! 5 stars across the board, if I could give more stars, I would. Thank you Ann, my nails are perfect !!!

They did a fabulous job! I had a gel pedicure and my 9 year old niece did a mani and pedi with design. Super quick and they came out great. Highly recommend!
