Beautiful Nails LLC

I have been coming to Beautiful Nails for almost a year and have always had great service. My favorite nail lady is Phoenix because she does an exceptional job and has great customer service and really listens to what I want, but even when I have had other people there do my nails and pedicures, I have always left happy. I work in the medical field and twice I have had to come in for a repair and the owner Mary has always been very prompt, friendly, and professional when it was repaired and even though it was my fault, I was never charged for it. I highly recommend Beautiful Nails to all of my family and friends and anyone searching for a nail shop.

I’ve been coming to Beautiful Nails for years and it’s the best place ever for all your needs. Mary the owner is very welcoming and greets you by name. It’s very clean. Jenny does my nails and her art work is amazing. I’m always getting compliments on her designs. I bring in any design and she does it a thousand times better. I highly recommend you check them out.

Avoid! Have been there twice. First time I got a pedicure and gel manicure. The lady was so rushed and on the phone the entire time. Literally did not listen to a word I said and had to repeat color choice 3 times and have nails refiled because she wasn't listening! It was painful and the gel lasted less than two weeks. Didn't go there again for approximately 6 months. Went recently again for a simple gel polish takeoff.. it's close to the house and I didn't have the time to go to my normal place. Hard to mess up a polish removal right? Wrong!! I have skin taken off from the Dremel and my nails are now paper thin. Have never had that happen. I repeatedly kept asking her to stop using the Dremel and was ignored. Absolutely horrible place.
