They cut my skin and ignored me when I told them to stop.” That alone should tell you everything about this place. Not only did the tech keep going after I spoke up, but the cut turned into an infection that I now have to deal with. Instead of apologizing or showing concern, they were unbelievably rude, dismissive, and acted like it was my fault. The lack of professionalism and care is shocking. I will never go back to this salon, and I strongly recommend you save yourself the pain and avoid it too.

I walked in around 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon and it was empty. Great. I was sat at the pedicure station immediately and asked to choose my polish color. Pedicure was great. Was under the uv light about 3 or 4 times. Sat for my manicure and it was done quickly. Used the same color polish. Again, under the uv light about 4 times. I got home and one of my nails is a little messed up. Chalked it up to me doing something on my way home. I live in NYC so I wasn't really interested in returning to get 1 nail fixed although I got them done for a trip I was going on Thursday. I wake up in the morning and realize that 3 of my toe nails and 4 of my finger nails have polish lifting. Like the whole nail is lifting off. Its like there's air bubbles beneath the surface. Terrible job, disgusting service, dirty!!! the instrument is not sterilized after the client. I urgently needed a manicure!! the cuticle is cut. The varnish gets on the cuticle. My nails hurt and I had to clean them out from under the cuticles. My nails were ruined!!! I came with natural length. My nails broke the same day! When I asked to redo it, the master said he wouldn’t do it and didn’t know me. This is just cruel! I was struck by the terrible dirt and unprofessionalism! I have been doing manicures for 15 years and this is the first time I have encountered such disgusting service. I want to cry. I paid 60 dollars and had to look for another master. remake this horror

Terrible service. That’s just the start. I went there to get graduation nails. I wanted French tips but they gave me the cheap version of that. It looks nasty. About 3 days later my finger started hurting. I didn’t think anything of it but then I saw it. An infection… I’m so mad right now but all I can say is do NOT go there for nails. Also when I told the lady doing my nails anything she said “ Oh My GoD” very rudely.

Very bad customer service , unsanitary, and high prices . I went to have pedi and mani done , nail polish had some bubbly white stains underneath it that I relaized once my nails were dried . When you speak to owners’s wife she start gets her tone high and talks in an aggressive way . Owner makes you feel that you are getting your nails done as charity . Will never go to them.
