Beautiful Nails

I visited on 10/25/25 The good: this place is very clean and bright and nice inside. They have free bottled water. The receptionist greeted my friends and I as soon as we walked in. The chairs are very comfortable and they use pre-packaged tools. My polish turned out really good. The bad: I was there with two friends and one got a gel pedicure, and one got a deluxe pedicure. Since it was my first time here, I wanted to look at the menu of services. The main nail tech really didn't want to hand it to me and kept covering up the lowest priced item and just repeating "deluxe pedicure." When she finally loosened her grip on it so that I could read it, I chose the basic pedicure. The tech doing my pedicure was visibly unhappy about that by her expression. Just wanted to say this is my first time going to beautiful nails and I love my nails. I love the atmosphere and my nail tech. Hannah did a great job on my nails. I will be going there on a regular basics now.

The nails look good. The girl who did them was taciturn and it seemed like nothing I said was ever okay. She didn’t speak any English, rolled her eyes at everything, and I felt pretty unwelcome the whole time. She made me pay before she finished the nails. Smart. When I went home, slowly, the sensation of my nails being on fire crept in. By the time I was going to sleep, the tips of my fingers were in so much pain because of my nails that I had to get ice packs and hold my fingers against them to try to numb them so I could fall asleep. I woke up from the pain in the middle of the night, and had to get another ice pack in order to go back to sleep. That’s not at all normal, and I almost went to urgent care. So I’m not sure what she did exactly, but yeah I wouldn’t recommend it.

Would give one star but i need to leave a review. I’m literally on the lot leaving this. I walk before 2 other women who asked if they had time for services which mean they did not have an appointment. These women were sat down before me with techs. A man walks out from the back and a lady says he gonna do your nails. I asked if the other women had appointments, she said yes, which was not true. I said I’m fine and walked out. I guess since I’m a little darker my money wasn’t good enough to get serviced before the women who came in after me. I will not spend another dime at this place.

First off my nails look horrible. None of them are even. I asked for her to clean them up and she didn’t really do anything. 3 of my nails were bleeding. Glue was left on my skin. 2 stars because at least my eyebrows came out decent and she was nice.
