Very pleasant and professional. Listens to what type of style you request. Every style is done with precision, very neat and fast. Braids, twists are not too tight. I ALWAYS get compliments on my hair. Engages in conversation, we have the best talks! Affordable. Plenty of parking at location.

Tomarilla was punctual and very professional with her braiding services. I found her by way of Google, read the reviews and decided she was the one. And I’m glad I did. She converses by text and gave me great choices of hair to buy, how to maintain my braids after the service. If I’m ever in Charlotte again I’m definitely going back to her. Thanks for today (5-4-23) it was a pleasure and great experience. I’m tender headed but never felt her in those areas. Salon Loft is a very nice setting also!

She was sweet from our first interaction via text message. She was never pushy or rude or just trying to get your money. Her work is neat and she completes work fast. She engages in conversation with you and for those with thinning edges like mine, she will even take the time to talk to you and when she gets to that portion of your hair she is careful. She doesn't braid too tight (I don't have bumps anywhere). I def recommend her and will continue to use her services.

Thank you Tomarilla! She's very kind, careful, and great at braids. I picked the senegalese twists, she also answered questions about my hair type. Gave tips and offered a stylist in between braids, if I wanted. The setting is very nice, private, and she entertained with my favorite show. The process was swift, professional, and pleasant. Tomarilla did and amazing job on my box braids. She was fast and efficient. She did not braid my hair too tightly and was able to "grab" my shorter pieces of hair as I am growing my hair out. Her locations is clean. I plan to go back for a touch up around my edges.
