I booked an appointment for a cut & got a text the day before my appointment was scheduled to discuss the type of cut I desired. I told the owner I want a pixie cut & sent a few pictures of examples. She messaged me back & said she doesn’t specialize in pixie cuts. That she cuts hair & maintains short cuts but not that particular style. I asked if she had any pictures she could send of those short cuts however she did not have any which I found odd. That was the extent of our interaction. She went on to cancel my appointment which I was annoyed with to say the least. I find it strange a salon owner in business as long as she’s been has no pictures of short cuts she’s done on clients to show potential customers her work.
