Unfortunately, if I could give 0 stars I would. I hate to even write this review but it’s gotta be done because of the day I’ve had. Initially I reached out on a Monday via text because she does not take phone calls to get my daughter’s hair done. An appointment was set for Tuesday the next day at 5:30pm. At 4:13pm that Tuesday she advised she was feeling under the weather and needed to reschedule us, which is fine and totally understandable. We were rescheduled for Saturday at 4pm but at noon, I received another text that she was doing hair and still a little bit under the weather and that we could wear a mask or reschedule. I replied to let her know that we would wear a mask and proceeded to travel from Lehigh to Fort Myers for the appointment. When we got there she was not there and the

If I could give 10 starts I would!! Going to Beautique Hair Lounge was the best experience at any salon I've been to. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. She got us right in and was very flexible with scheduling. The atmosphere was private, comfortable, and clean. My teenager has VERY thick textured hair and Queeta laid it down like no other, Her hair is flowing!!! The best part was my girly left feeling so good about the way her hair came out she was glowing ! And we can't thank you enough. Book your appointment now!
