Worst experience. They said I arrived at the scheduled time, and they had me waiting an extra hour. For a simple acrylic it took them 4 hours and it usually takes less when I have gone to multiple other salons. When I tried doing a soak off, it became gummy and sticky and acrylic should never become like that, it should flake off after a few minutes. They had used MMA acrylic on me which is horrible for you and it ruined my nails. I would NOT recommend!

This was my first time coming to this business as a referral from a current client, I had an appointment at 11am, walked in 10 minutes to 11am and was barely acknowledged, then I was asked do you have an appointment I said yes was with Sara, then I was told she is not there and will have to wait for her to arrive, I said okay no problem. At 1106am some employees showed up and one lady said, "Hey Sara that lady is waiting for you, she didn't even acknowledge me and proceeded to start on another client and completely ignored me. So I decided to continue to wait but now going on 1130am she still never spoke to me. Another client walked in and she was acknowledged and spoken to well I'm assuming she was a regular. At this point I decided to leave, it was clear to me they are very unprofessiona
