Excellent spa experience! Professional and friendly staff, relaxing and posh environment, a plethora of services. They also have high end beauty products and various fashion items for sale. They book up quickly, so definitely call several days in advance of your desired date to visit. Lexi does amazing hair color and she does THE best A-Line Bob cut I've ever had!

I had INNOVATIONS do my bridal hair/makeup and my bridesmaid's hair/makeup for an early morning wedding, and they did a great job! They were super flexible with coming in SUPER early to make sure all of us had our hair and makeup done in time. It was also the hottest day of the year, and I sweat like crazy, but my hair and makeup held up for the entire day!! The staff was super nice and the salon itself was so cute. Thank you specifically to Olivia for making me feel beautiful on my special day—and for listening to me babble while sitting in the salon chair LOL)—I couldn't have asked for a better stylist!

I had an incredible experience this evening with Carrie Luther. She was incredibly pleasant and easy to talk to. Her nursing background, coupled with her 20 years of experience in the field, made her a highly skilled professional. I underwent a microdermabrasion and an add-on facial.

Bradley is amazing! I have naturally very dark hair and he’s always able to get me to a beautiful even platinum blonde! Very nice atmosphere and a great stylist.
