I don't know why I just found this place. Such a hidden Gem!! It's so nice, clean and everything was perfect. The staff is friendly and I love their point system. Highly recommend! Def will coming back soon

I recently moved into the neighborhood, and it was quite a challenge to find a place where I could really take care of myself. After several trials and a few disappointments, I finally found "Beautybox" — and I couldn't be happier. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and the location is super convenient, just steps from the station. It's a one-stop shop where I can get everything done — lashes, facials, body massages, and of course, nails — all in one place. I'm so happy to have discovered Beauty box. I have been visiting this salon for a few months, primarily due to its convenient location. However, after my most recent experience, I’ve decided to discontinue my visits. I spent $100 on a gel manicure removal, followed by a regular manicure and pedicure plus tip, but unfortunately, just two days later, my nails started to look as shown in the photos. Additionally, I was disappointed with the lack of consistency in service. I had three different technicians working on my nails, which led to a less than cohesive result. While I understand that salons can be busy, I was hoping for a more thorough and consistent service. Another aspect that always makes me uncomfortable is the tipping process. So I’ve been here many many times and really enjoy the quality of the work, the employees performing services, the receptionists, out of the dozens of times I’ve been I leave fully satisfied 99% of the time. HOWEVER the last two or three times I’ve been the masseuse has asked everyone in the salon getting their nails done if they wanted a massage during their mani and the same man has fully skipped over me MULTIPLE times. I’ve gotten massages there before and again they’re great but for some reason this guy doesn’t approach me? Maybe it’s bc he doesn’t feel comfortable working on other men? Idk. But it makes me feel odd. I’m a paying customer and should be treated like everyone else. I always tip well, I know a few of the manicurists by name but the fact that this man always purposefully

I came in for a simple manicure and left completely disappointed. I got the worst service and attitude. Both the technician and the receptionist were rude and unprofessional, and the hygiene level was far below standard. Easily one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had.
