I am a little disappointed in this store today . It's this young lady working the counter who is very rude . I always shop there but no more after today . She was talking about customers to her other young co worker . If the owners are reading this . You all need to speak to those young women at the cash register and explain to them how unprofessional they are being. They will make you lose customers..For now I'll shop somewhere else . One of them has a Caribbean accent and the other one an American with a long braided ponytail. She's very rude . She needs to be fired.

I had to make a quick trip to the store to purchase an additional bundle of hair. The store was clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. The employees were helpful, providing good recommendations and options for hair. However, in my opinion, the prices are a bit high compared to other beauty supply stores I frequent.

I have been living in Bowie for years and have visited this location on several occasions. I bought a product and realize I picked up the wrong perm box. NEVER USED IT…. I called them and the owner/manager came to the phone. I explain to him that I picked up wrong perm box. He said he could give store credit only I said ok. On Sunday 12/30 I went in the store. The owner/manager open the box and looked at everything inside everything was unopened. The way he went in the box as if he wanted to fined something that has been used. He immediately ACCUSED ME of using the color dye because he saw a little color dye on tip. I told him Iam a honest person and did not use the dye. This is not customer service at all…he told me where he get it and they will not give him credit . It is still a shame

The staff was polite and helpful. They answered my question pretty quickly and didn't hover over me while I was in the store, which I really appreciated. I was in there for a while because I couldn't make up my mind which shampoo I wanted. I've been in other stores where they follow you around like you're going to steal something so I appreciated the help when I needed it and to be left alone to roam the store when I didn't
