This tech dint even soak nail or cured dry skin or cuticles for wither of us. Simply gave shape and colored nails it was so imperfect and unprofessionally done the color was on skin and didn’t clean after pointing it out. This was supposed to be a good experience Ended up paying over 140 for nails for four people. If they are not professionally trained to do nails than shouldn’t do it.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SALON EXPERIENCE! Owner was on the phone to her family while completing my waxing service. Had to wait 10 minutes upon arrival as she was busy talking on the phone. Wax residue left on my face, kept poking my eyes and face with her dangling bracelets. Finished waxing my eyebrows and wasn't even going to hand me a mirror to look! Of course my facial area was red and didn't notice until the following morning that my eyebrows aren't even shaped the same! I was her only client on Mother's Day and was rushed out of facility after my manicure. After payment and walking to my car, I noticed my nails weren't dry as she stated and manicure was smudged. Do NOT go here. Buyer be warned!!!! Not worth the Groupon savings! Go somewhere else!!! I used a Groupon I was gifted. I originally tried calling to make an appointment but my call was ignored. I decided to just go in in case there were openings. I arrived and was told I needed to make an appointment so I did. It took 4 tries to get my phone number correct and then I was called the day of my appointment in the afternoon to confirm that it was “Tuesday, not Wednesday, right?” I went in at my scheduled time. I was told by a barber to go back to start my appointment. I had to use the restroom before I started. It was DISGUSTING. There was urine in the toilet and no toilet paper. I felt belittled because I was using a Groupon and didn’t want to pay extra for the no chip-the classic was fine.

This is hands-down, the best place to go for waxing! Not only is it affordable but such a a pleasant staff with many services offered. Aside from bikini waving, I’ve had threading, predicates, and facials…..all 5 STARS

This salon is fabulous! Owner Gita is very welcoming and does incredible eye brow threading at a reasonable price. Also, very highly recommend stylist Angela for haircut and color!
