Atmosphere was busy but professional store was very organized and clean every thi g was it order her display of products . I think thats going to be my store and I don't have to drive far .

The way I will never come into this store again. As soon as I walked in the lady at the register was staring at me. Also while I was looking at extensions she was just standing behind me which made me feel very uncomfortable. I shopped at this store so much because of the convenience, but I would rather drive further to not experience what I did today .

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I left this store today feeling humiliated, disrespected, and honestly shocked at how poorly I was treated. I was simply looking up shampoo ingredients on my phone — trying to protect my own scalp and skin — when the older man who constantly watches the cameras suddenly yelled across the store, “What are you doing?” It was loud, aggressive, and completely unnecessary. A female employee came over as well, and once I showed her my phone she understood immediately. But he continued to glare, speaking angrily in their native language, and walked away from me even as I tried to show him exactly what I was doing. I called this place to inquire about hair prices before making the drive. When I spoke with someone there, I asked for a price range. She put me on hold and then returned to the call, saying she was busy and that I should call back later. It was only 10 a.m. at the time. Are you serious? I have never been there and will not go now.

If you are black prepare to be treated poorly, they will watch you from the time you enter the store until you leave, they talk to you like a dog, if they do decide to help you, they will rush you because they want you out
