My experience from the time I entered the beauty supply until the time I left was PHENOMENAL!!! Destiny approached me and helped me with a great attitude! She found exactly what I was looking for and did it with a positive attitude!! Very professional and you can tell she loves her job or just knows the value in great customer service!! Then I walked up to the register and Nya was great at checking me out efficiently and with precision. She also signed me up for a rewards account and explained the benefits of having one!! I drove from Cary and will happily continue to frequent Beauty Depot because of my wonderful experience!! Great job ladies!! Thank you for valuing your job and the customers who frequent your store. Keep up the great work!! ☺️

Phenomenal experience from the moment I walked in! There was not any loud obscene music. I was greeted as I walked in. There was a professional young lady walking around assisting customers. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos to her! The store is clean and neat. They employ people that understand their clients. There's a 2 day return policy for full refund, after 2 days you can get a store credit. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.

My mother and I went to this store today, and I'm pleased we did. The personnel were incredibly nice, and I was able to get everything I needed. My mother also found some really cute 100 percent human hair extensions at a great cheap price. I will most certainly return here soon.

TLDR: TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THEIVES. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. DO NOT GO THERE!! The person who works at the wigs section was exceptionally rude. She snatched a wig out of my hand and took the one I wanted to purchase to the register to be held as if I planned to steal the $25 dollar wig. Terrible. Never going back there. EVER.

So this was the first time I ever been in there and I'm winning there with my mom it was two African-American young ladies young Queens and when I tell you they were friendly they were helpful they were just amazing young ladies remember Queens never forget to keep that character and respect that you have for people I appreciate it being in your energy and thank you so much for helping my mom today remember respect goes a long way and you both have it please continue to show your beautiful smiles and please continue being just Who You Are you're going to take the World by storm the lady with the blue and brown eyes❤️💚🫶🏾🩷🩷🫶🏾❤️💚🫶🏾
