Inconsistent customer service, they have limited variety of natural hair selections, boxes piled up, the bak corner has a weird smell and they don’t tell you if products are fina sale. I feel like there are so many any other better options. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Store was not open today when it says they open at 10am. Waited over 10 minutes and still not open. Do better as a business.

Very disrespectful and concerning staff behavior. Don’t spend your money there. I went in to get a few things and saw they had silk hair scarf bonnets for kids but they were on a carousel locked up. I asked for the woman there to unlock one for me. Without saying a word or hello she unhooked it and I asked to see it so I can look at the back of it but she refused to let me hold it and said she was going to keep it at the counter (so I don’t steal it). It couldn’t have been more than $5. I proceeded to put the other $100 of products I had in my arms back as did my mother in law and we left. It was not a good feeling/experience.

I’m guessing store is permanently closed the windows are covered up and doors are locked . Wasted my time. Southcenter location is closed as well

Says open but doors are locked. They are always closed. Very little products to choose from. I would not shop here again even when they are opened.
