First and last time going to this beauty store, the lady was real rude and weird ! Her attitude was horrible and made being there very uncomfortable, and have the nerve to be expensive! Will not be back I’ll drive elsewhere before giving her my money again.

⭐ 1-Star Review for Beauty Empire Hair Store I’ve been a loyal customer at Beauty Empire Hair Store for a while now, mostly because it’s conveniently located near my job and on my route home. However, after my recent experience, I will no longer be giving them my business. On May 28, 2025, I made a purchase totaling $141.29, which included a can of High Beams temporary spray. When I got home, I discovered the spray cap was broken and the product was unusable. I decided to return it when I had the time and brought it back today, June 3, 2025, along with my receipt. If I could rate this store 0 zero stars I would very rude lady and weird vibes as soon as you enter store very high also im neverrrr everrrr going back I don't care if I have to drive wayyy on the other side if town she doesn’t deserve my dollars.

I don’t understand how they set up a business where most of their customers are African American but yet the owners are watching you very closely like all blacks steal, and they don’t allow younger black ppl in the store at all unless they I.d. them, or an older person has to accompany them in⁉️ If you don’t trust the Black Community please stop coming into our neighborhoods, stop making sales off our products, and sale to who you are comfortable servicing!!! The way I just watched that man handle 3 younger black ppl was definitely discrimination…he said they all looked under 16 and they couldn’t come in without an adult even after they respectfully told him they were older and 1 showed the vehicle they pulled up in!!! I hope this business closes down or ppl would stop shopping at places t

Their price is way higher than any other stores & they don’t do returns. I will never come back.
