Store had what I needed, however I didn’t like how the woman at the counter was rude/borderline racist. My daughter was showing me wigs on the mannequin (not trying them on or removing them from the mannequins at all) & placing them back as I was looking for a specific braiding hair. The lady storms over all the way from the front & asked if she needed help.. my daughter is clearly a child, no, she doesn’t need help. I told her I needed help & she proceeds to keep looking at my child acting confused by my question. Eventually found what I needed, but all of that wasn’t necessary. The gentleman at the counter was a bit nicer, but only had to do a transaction with him. This was a quick stop on the way home, but I’d never come back here in the future or refer anybody to. BUYER BEWARE. YOU CAN NOT TRY ON And NO RETURNS. CONSUMERS this is just so you know going into the establishment. I did ask b4 making a purchase because was not sure how the wig would look.

Came to get a wig, took the time to pick out the wig. Only to be told at the register the price on the tag was not correct I was told it would be $10 more. Mind you I was buying the last wig on the mannequin. Because it was the last one in the color. Did not make any purchase. Won’t be back

So I’ve been coming here for years & spent no telling how much money! Came in tonight a few minutes before closing, 8:25- they close at 8:30. Instead of hello, it was “We are closed, what do you need?” in a rude fashion. The door was unlocked and it wasn’t 8:30. I’ve been working since 7am this morning, went to the gym, then came by to just grab eye liner pencils. I won’t be back.

I absolutely cannot stand a shop that will stand on the other side of the aisle and if watch you steal, but no greeting, no hello, no do you need any help!!!
