The guy in the store is extremely rude. He was rude to me before & I continued to come back because this is the only beauty supply near my house but he just talked to me crazy again when I asked is there a human hair to a certain pack I had in my hand. He started yelling the price at me & didn’t want to show me the product as if I’m broke or can’t afford the item and began mumbling under his breath. I will never shop at this store again. I put my items down and left. I’ve spent thousands as a customer over the time I started going there a few years ago when I moved to the area. I’m not understanding why do some of these type of people have businesses for black hair care products & don’t like black people and think all black people are broke & steal.

One of my favorite beauty supply stores. The owners are absolutely wonderful. I have been a customer of theirs for almost 5 years now & I love to see how full their shelves always are. They have such a huge selection of products and this store is truly a gem.

I love coming here but I wish they had more platinum/ 613 blonde options. It’s hit or miss if they have stuff for blondes but nonetheless I will always come to this store!

I almost never leave reviews but everyone who works here is so nice! They were helpful and attentive when I needed assistance but they weren’t following me around and let me shop in peace. As someone who’s shopped at several beauty supply stores, mainly for braiding hair, I can honestly say this was the best when it came to customer service, price and selection.

I shop stores with my own shopping bag; have NEVER had a problem with a store. “UNTIL” coming to this store.. I’ve just relocated to Gainesville and what I experienced in this store was very profound by this Asian descent woman. One of the two assistants that helped me was very pleasant and helpful. I showed her a picture of what I was need of; which was a particular braiding hair. The product was located in the very back of the store. I told here I would like to look around due to it was such a nice clean store staring from the front. After browsing I began to make my way back to get the braiding hair. The woman who was so helpful was behind the counter in the wigs area. I stopped to asked her about clip on. I explained to her I wanted to use for streaking due to I did not want to use ch
