My wife and myself had consultations for weight loss shots. We gave her 300 each for a total of 600. She guaranteed she would get our insurance to almost completely cover the shots for us. Apparently Stephanie has 3 or so different businesses including her full time job. Unfortunately this was her excuse for over a year now with no results what so ever . Doesn’t return calls/ texts / emails. We respectfully asked for half the money back and we never saw a dime. We basically gave up trying. She took our money and that was that. What a scam and a waste of money. Truly cannot believe she gets away with doing this because she is “busy”. Shame on you.

That confidence played a major role in our decision to proceed. Over twelve months, insurance was submitted twice and denied both times. We were never notified of these denials. I only learned the truth by checking our insurance portal myself. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, Stephanie stopped responding entirely. After twelve months of delays, silence, and no results, we politely requested a partial (50%) refund. There has been no response whatsoever.
