Beauty Haus Nails

I love my nails. I found my place! I moved to Folsom from OC about 2 years ago. I’ve been trying different local (and further away) nail places trying to find one I really like. All were ok but there was always something I didn’t really like. Usually it was the acrylic is too thick in places or they said they could do the simple nail art I wanted, but it quickly becomes apparent they can’t. I kept looking online for new places. I saw Beauty Haus’ gallery and saw they do nail art. I decided to try them. I’m so glad I did. My tech decided to remove the nails I had and do a new set. My nails are perfect. Even trying to be ridiculously nit picky, they are beautiful. I’m excited to try all the fun nail art I find on Pinterest with them! Highly recommend.

10/10 would recommend. My daughter needed her nails done for her promotion and I took her here after finding it on Yelp. Ethan did an amazing job at the picture my daughter showed him. He got everything correct and even free styled the thumb. I am a stickler at nails and this definitely exceeded my expectations for what I look for when getting my own nails done. The inside is clean and very well organized.

Here’s what my Gel Chrome manicure looks like 7 days later. I paid $40 to have my requests/concerns dismissed. I spent 2 hours at the shop, while they attempted to fix the first round of poorly done nails, but only on one hand. Instead of removing the polish to preserve my nail, the technician just shaved down the Polish causing my nail to become brittle. The technician also failed to provide full service which included a lotion massage + hot towel wrap. Overall, I believe that they all meant well but I am disappointed with my first time visit here. My advice to the staff here is that if you’re going to use our nails as mannequins, please ask us if we’re okay with our service potentially being compromised. I had a very odd experience, after getting my nails done here for the past 2 years. After avoiding my phone calls, I decided to just go in and see if they had time for a fill. Ethan has been doing my nails almost exclusively, with the exception of Jack a couple of times when Ethan was off. As I walked in the door, he immediately told me that he "no longer works for me". I asked what that meant and he said they will no longer do my nails because I "always ask them what they charge for". I said that it is perfectly normal to ask about pricing, especially since every time I go in, they charge me something different. Almost like charging me whatever he feels like that day. Beauty Haus will be my new go to salon. The staff are very friendly and really take care of you. My friend and I went together and they brought us out chilled water and really helped us decide on our options. The salon is well decorated and they have soothing music playing in the background. They are well priced and if you pay in cash they give you a discount.
