DO NOT SHOP HERE! I purchased 2 packs of hair from this store, one was longer than the other. I used the longer pack of hair and decided that I wanted to exchange the shorter hair for another pack of the longer hair for a future style. The clerks tried to come up with every excuse to not exchange the hair. Upon entering the store, I handed an Asian lady at the register my receipt and informed her that I wanted to exchange the hair for longer hair; she then stared at the calendar for a minute trying to figure out if I was within the 14 day exchange window. After she realized that I was within the acceptable timeframe, she called an Asian man to the register and said something to him in another language. Without looking at the receipt, he said “close out sale no exchanges”. I informed him th

The older Asian woman who works in the store was literally starring at me the whole entire time while I was testing out perfumes. The perfumes are near the door, and I can understand why they would watch more intensely to make sure no one tries to walk out with any of them.. BUT, unless someone is ACTIVELY trying to steal then there is no need to STARE at someone the WHOLE entire time while they are trying to shop. Very rude and unprofessional. Stop racially profiling people!! Especially since the fact that y’all are poc yourselves. Lady you did all that unnecessary starring and was being judgmental, and just lost out on business. Smh, do better.

This beauty supply store is always stocked with everything you and need and a few things you didn’t even know you needed. Well lit, clean and reasonably priced items. Staff has always been courteous and helpful. I shop here whenever I can, check them out.

I’ve been shopping at this location for a really long time so today when I went in there, I was looking at The human braiding hair and they have it all behind the counter so you have to get assistance so they sent a young lady to assist me. She was nice, but I guess when I kept asking to see different hair, she went to go get somebody to assist her after the second assistant got there with her. I noticed the older woman come from behind the cash register and was standing behind me like I was trying to runoff with their hair I immediately handed the young lady back the hair and said I’m done and let the old lady know. I’m not trying to run off with your hair and went and talked to the owner and let him know. I spent plenty of money in here, but I will not be shopping back there ever again.

Amazing store and customer service! I had been calling and going from store to store looking for what I needed. I called them and they checked if they carried the brand and they did! They were kind enough to reserve it for me till I got the chance to pick it up! Thank you!!
