I have been to this salon twice. The first experience was GREAT. My stylist was incredibly professional and attentive. I paid about $80 for highlights ($65 for the service and $15 for the tip). I walked out with radiant platinum highlights that lasted for several months. When I returned yesterday to repeat the treatment... What a disappointment! First I called to re-schedule my appointment and the stylist had completely forgotten about it or had not even entered it into her calendar. Then when I arrived she disregarded my request for PLATINUM HIGHLIGHTS and began applying color DIRECTLY onto my roots. Because she had already started I let her finish applying color to the bottom layer of my hair and she used foil for the top half. After that I noticed the treatment was not the blueish colo
