First off I cannot wait until Hair Depot opens!!! My mother was already here before I could called her to switch and go to Empire….. This store could careless about professionalism or helping a customer.. I asked my mother to go here it was around 5:40pm 11-3-2025 “big mistake “ to get my daughter a pack of twisting hair the little white or Asian lady that was so called helping her had an attitude just cause she’s asking about prices and where’s the twisting. Hair mine you I’m on the phone with my mother so I hear everything I do mean everything…!! She showed her one my mother asked the price so I asked her is it a double pack or single.. that lady going to say “she want it or what”?? I said who she talking to they trying to say rude customers will be charged $10.. then rude employees n

The store is very clean and orderly. However, upon visiting the stoure today 1/24/25, the change in customer service and professionalism is very noticeable...employees sitting on the countertop on their cell phones texting or scrolling during business hours when there are customers in the store. This is not professional etiquette and truly unprofessional. Upon entering the store, customers were not greeted, and not once did anyone ask it they could assist you. Service 4 months ago was totally the opposite and very professional. Please do better in serving paying patrons.

I have been going to this store often over a course of a few years to buy the same product because I cannot find it anywhere else. While I do appreciate the variety of products this store has, the customer service is horrible. The cashier often seems very rude and does not ring certain customers up until she decides to although she is standing there. Instead, if you are a customer she seems to disapprove of she will talk about you and the customers that have just left to her coworker (in your face!) Not to mention the coworker is sitting on the counter and not assisting customers in any way. All in all if you want a variety of products while being treated badly this is the place to go!!!

My daughter asked me to stop by Beauty Line this afternoon. She purchased Ruby Kiss plumping lip gloss. She and I tried it on and immediately it burned out lips! This was the first time she's tried the product. It will be the last!! I had her call the store back. It was explained that once a product is opened it couldn't be exchanged. I wasn't satisfied with that response so I drove back to the store. I explained to the lady behind the counter that there was no warning on the product and she had no way of knowing how the product was going to burn her lips. I asked to give her to allow an exchange for another item for what she paid for in the Ruby Kiss. I knew that she could not accept the product back my daughter's money was not going to waste so after much refusal she allowed her to exch

Update: Been back in there today because I was in the grocery store next door. Buyer beware…check your receipts…I was charged $0.50 for using my debit card for a transaction under $5. 🙄 Finding my favorite products is sometimes like hit or miss. You can forget about asking for help because it’s met with an attitude like the ladies are bothered or something. Usually when I come in, they greet me, but then they are all huddled behind the counter talking to each other or on the cell phone. I go in and quickly leave right back out if I cannot find what I’m looking for. This will no longer be my first choice as it once was.
