The front desk staff made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I asked a simple question about the difference between two shampoos, she refused to explain and told me to “look it up myself.” What bothered me more was her attitude — she was friendly when speaking to customers in Korean, but dismissive and condescending once she realized I didn’t speak Korean. It made me feel looked down on and treated differently. Customer service should be respectful to everyone, regardless of language.

The girl that helped me was nice but showed me all the expensive things and I get it have to make a sale but at least print the number on the sticker so they’re actually visible and the lady at the register has an attitude problem and doesn’t know how to speak loud enough for people to hear please do better I spent alot of money in that store just to spoil myself even though I should have left it there

DO NOT give this disgusting place your money! The staff here are incredibly rude racist and disrespectful. The lady at the counter yelled at me for every little thing I did. The minute I stepped into the store my fiancé and I were being watched stated at and followed around. I’m Latina and my fiancé is Chinese. As a mixed couple this happens to me a lot in flushing but never to this extent. They accused me of touching a product but the truth is when I opened it, it already had a finger dip in the product. So looking at it like that I automatically assumed it was a tester! We were standing right next to the cashier lady who kept watching us and obviously we didn’t dip into the products that were new. Customer Service provided by the Hispanic young Lady is very professional. There's plenty of beauty supplies from many different brands

The only decent thing in this establishment is the young lady that helps in the aisles, the cashier/owner was rude when I asked to return something I found less expensive somewhere else. This is the reason Sephora is better and I am never coming back to this place. So if you spend your money here make sure you absolutely want it otherwise forget about it!
