Terrible customer service and an overall disappointing experience. I found a deal for three Brazilian waxes through Groupon and reached out to the merchant via text to schedule an appointment. Despite my polite tone and greeting, their responses were curt and lacked any friendliness—just short replies with dates and times. After a few back-and-forths, we settled on an appointment time of 11:30 AM. I confirmed this time in our text exchange. On the day of the appointment, I arrived promptly and texted to let them know I had arrived. A woman came out and, without greeting me, said, “I put you down for 12:30. Can you come back later?” I checked my phone and pointed out that we had agreed on 11:30. She acknowledged the discrepancy, saying, “I know it says 11:30 in the text, but I put you down
