If I could leave a negative star review I would. I purchased a creme of nature finger blonde hair dying kit and the product has to be old because the base wasn't as liquidy as it should have been. I added the gel color and it still didn't loosen up, I even tried stirring it with a knife and still it wouldn't loosen up. So I take it back to the store because I saw on my receipt that they do exchanges (which this should have been shipped back to the company) but they told me no exchanges and no refund. I will NEVER spend my coins in this place again.
